Задачи:

Gather intelligence from corporate executives and middle managers about needs and future growth
Partner with application and infrastructure delivery leaders to ensure initiatives are understood and scoped to meet business needs
Evaluate, experiment with, and recommend opportunities to enhance software, hardware, and IT processes
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into requirements and features
Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement
Compile and distribute artifacts for scoping and traceability
Partner with the IT Quality Assurance organization to identify and evaluate business use cases for testing procedures
Consult with stakeholders and the IT department on new technology and its industry implications
Document and execute organizational change management and business readiness activities for end users of new systems and processes.

Требования:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
Experience in an Analyst position related to information technology and/or finance
Relational understanding of ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle, HRIS such as Workday, and PLM
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
Proficiency in Office Productivity Tools, Microsoft Office 365, business process management tools, Visio, Jira, or other project management tools
High performance orientation, self-motivation, and focus on continuous improvement
