Business Analyst / Business Process Consultant – Banking – 6‑month assignment

On behalf of our client, a leading banking institution in Switzerland, we are looking for a Business Analyst / Business Process Consultant to support a client activities mission. Integrated within the business teams, you will intervene in an analysis phase aimed at mapping existing processes, identifying needs, and preparing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the selection of a new interaction management solution. This 100% assignment will begin in early September for a duration of 6 months, until the end of February. It is aimed at a profile with initial experience in a consulting firm or in a department capable of conducting structured analyses, facilitating workshops, and producing deliverables intended for decision‑making bodies.

Main missions

• Map existing business processes of the client service and identify areas for improvement
• Analyze the needs of business lines and internal stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops and interviews with teams
• Document journeys and contribute to the definition of target processes
• Draft functional requirement expressions as well as scoping deliverables
• Participate in the drafting of specifications for the launch of a Request for Proposal (RFP)
• Contribute to the evaluation of contact center management solutions and new technologies (AI, cloud, voicebots, etc.) aimed at optimizing the experience and efficiency
• Present analyses and recommendations to management teams and steering committees
• Collaborate closely with business and IT teams to ensure the consistency of proposals

Profile

• Higher education in management, information systems, digital marketing, or equivalent
• Initial experience (2 to 5 years) in a consulting firm or in project management
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and business process mapping skills
• Experience in gathering business requirements and drafting functional deliverables
• Ease in facilitating and conducting interviews with business stakeholders
• Good understanding of customer journeys, UX principles, and customer experience
• Sensitivity to technologies related to contact centers (Genesys, Cisco, Avaya or equivalent), cloud solutions, artificial intelligence, and automation
• Knowledge of banking or highly regulated environments is a plus
• Excellent writing and presentation skills in French
• Spirit of synthesis, autonomy, rigor, sense of service, and consulting posture
