Business Controller – Technology & R&D

Stellenbeschreibung:

• Financial advisory support to Technology & R&D leaders as well as Product Management and Solution Management teams
• Preparation of analyses, business cases, and recommendations to guide investments, product development, and portfolio management
• Ownership of the Technology & R&D planning process, including long-term planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Management of project, cost center, and CAPEX controlling with a focus on transparency, budget compliance, and financial discipline
• Development and continuous improvement of KPI dashboards, management reporting, and performance review processes
• Identification of risks and opportunities and contribution to process improvements, reporting automation, and AI-enabled financial solutions

Requirements

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, plus several years of solid professional experience in Business Controlling, FP&A, or Finance Business Partnering
Relevant experience working with Technology, Product Development, Engineering, or R&D organizations
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations
Confident presence when engaging senior stakeholders, along with strong communication and advisory skills
Proactive, self-directed, and solution-oriented working style with an entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent English skills and willingness to travel occasionally, particularly for collaboration with our Technology & R&D sites and stakeholders
