We are seeking a full-time Business Data Analyst (m/f/d) to join the IT team at our parent company, Photona GmbH, in Olching near Munich.

Your Job at Laser Components

• Creation and further development of reports, analyses and dashboards for business units and management
• Analysis of data from various business systems (e.g. ERP, CRM, HR, Finance, Production)
• Translation of business requirements into concrete data models and KPIs
• Ensuring data quality and consistency across systems
• Support with ad hoc analyses and decision-making

What You Bring With You

• Several years of experience in data, business, or BI analysis
• Excellent knowledge of MS SQL, particularly complex joins, views, and performance optimization
• Experience working with data from multiple source systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)
• High degree of independence and a solution-oriented approach
• Communicative, assertive, and team-oriented
• Interest in data architecture and strategic development
