Business Development, Account Management Intern

Responsibilities

• You support our Account Management in day-to-day customer operations: reporting, meeting preparation, customer communication.
• You build and maintain AI automations that take routine work off the team’s plate.
• What you build will continue to run autonomously afterwards.
• You automate your own tasks instead of repeating them.
• You keep customer data and processes clean and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• You work directly with the founding team and have visibility into every metric.

Requirements

• You use AI in everything you do and think in levers (impact) rather than hours.
• You are fast, self-directed, and see tasks through to completion.
• You want to learn, actively seek feedback, and implement it immediately.
• You communicate clearly and directly (fluent German, confident English).
