Location: Ransbach, Germany

The Sibelco Global Graduate Programme is a two‑year rotational programme consisting of two one‑year assignments in key operational and commercial roles. Participants are offered a permanent contract from the start and receive hands‑on experience with real business projects, ensuring early responsibility and exposure to strategic decision‑making.

Your Impact in This Role

This one‑year assignment focuses on developing a comprehensive business strategy for the Ransbach Cluster.

• Conduct market and customer analysis to identify sustainable growth opportunities
• Analyze product portfolio performance, including margins, BOM, and cost optimisation
• Support quarry footprint strategy (site expansion, maintenance, or divestment)
• Collaborate with commercial, operational and geological teams
• Manage project timelines and coordinate stakeholders
• Translate complex data into actionable strategic recommendations

What You Bring to the Table

• A degree in engineering, geology, mining, business or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to structure complex topics and derive clear insights
• Interest in operations, strategy and industrial environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English; German is a plus
• Valid driving licence
