Business Development & Growth Manager (Fully Remote)

• Identify and approach prospective clients for Sigma Prime’s security assessment, embedded security, and specialist engineering services.
• Build strong relationships with founders, engineers, security leaders, investors, ecosystem organisations, and other decision-makers across Web3.
• Develop commercial and ecosystem relationships for Secstant as the product progresses towards early access and wider availability.

Requirements:

• Experience in business development, partnerships, technical sales, ecosystem growth, or a related commercial role.
• An existing understanding of Web3, Ethereum, cybersecurity, developer tooling, or other highly technical markets.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships through thoughtful outbound activity.

Nice to Have:

• An existing network across Ethereum, Web3 security, DeFi, infrastructure, developer tooling, or institutional blockchain organisations.
• Experience selling security assessments, consulting services, enterprise software, developer tools, or other technical products.
• Experience establishing a CRM, defining sales processes, or introducing commercial reporting into a growing organisation.
