As Head of Robotics & Drones, drive strategic and operational leadership to build and scale the robotics and drone division. You will shape growth through partnerships, product commercialization, and go-to-market initiatives within a global, tech-driven environment. You’ll collaborate across Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to deliver innovative solutions and expand international collaborations. Verantwortungsbereiche

Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for the Robotics & Drones division
Identify and evaluate new market potential, trends, and business opportunities
Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with technology providers, startups, and industry partners
Take responsibility for commercialization of new products and solutions
Lead interdisciplinary projects from concept to market launch
Analyze competitors, market, and customer requirements
Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure effective solution deployment
Develop go-to-market strategies and support the sales team
Lead and grow a global, high-performing team in the division
Manage budget and report to senior management

Zentrale Anforderungen

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or comparable qualification
Experience in business development, preferably in robotics, UAVs/drones, or automated systems
Track record of creating new business areas or products
Strong understanding of trends and innovations in robotics and automation
Entrepreneurial thinking with strategic foresight
Experience leading teams and projects
Global perspective with international travel (approx. 6–8 trips/year)
Strong communication and negotiation skills in an international setting
Excellent German and English language skills
