Business Development Intern - (German Speaker)

We are Emma – The Sleep Company, a leading D2C sleep brand with stores in over 35 countries. We’re looking for a Business Development professional to manage projects in the German market.

What you’ll do

• Manage your own projects in business development in the German market
• Monitor online sales to track product performance and identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure a smooth supply chain of our products
• Share product insights with marketing teams to support impactful and efficient campaigns
• Regularly analyse the market for sleeping products (new trends, customer behaviour, competition)
• Suggest ideas to improve our customer experience based on customer feedback
• Receive support and mentorship from a senior team member to grow professionally and personally

Who we’re looking for

• Currently studying Business Administration, Management or a related university program
• Fluent in English and proficient in German
• Has first practical experience in a dynamic environment and is fascinated by fast‑scalable business models
• Strong analytical skills, can collaborate well and learn quickly
• Willing to take on responsibility and work independently
• Available for at least 6 months
