Business Development Internship

Responsibilities

• You support our Account Management (Tom Morawe) in day-to-day customer operations: reporting, meeting preparation, and client communication.
• You build and maintain AI automations that handle routine tasks.
• What you build continues to run autonomously afterward.
• You automate your own tasks instead of repeating them.
• You keep customer data and processes tidy and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• You work directly with the founding team and have visibility into all the numbers.

Requirements

• You use AI in everything you do and think in levers rather than hours.
• You are fast, independent, and follow tasks through to completion.
• You want to learn, actively seek feedback, and implement it immediately.
• You communicate clearly and directly (fluent German, proficient English).
• Formal studies or a career change are irrelevant — what matters is your output.
