Responsibilities

Manage the entire sales process, from discovery calls to successful onboarding of AI solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to drive revenue growth
Support the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, pitching, PoCs, negotiation, and closing
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business cases
Monitor sales performance metrics and contribute to forecasting and pipeline management
Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and conferences
Provide feedback to the product team with the evolving needs of the market

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in business development or consulting in a B2B and tech environment
Prior sector exposure to Life Science, Pharma or Biotech
Experience in selling SaaS or tech solutions
Fluent in English and German is a must
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment and eager to learn
Team player with the ability to collaborate across functions and build internal relationships

Proficient in business development within the Life Science, Pharma, or Biotech sectors, with a proven track record in selling SaaS or tech solutions.
