Business Development Manager - E-Systems (d/f/m)

What youll do

• develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's market share, considering short-term and long-term objectives
• conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends within the automotive electronics industry
• prepare and present compelling business proposals, outlining value propositions and negotiating terms to secure new business opportunities
• develop a 5+ years plan defining innovation opportunities in line with the strategy and customer roadmaps
• drive sustainability by deriving concrete innovation areas to address the sustainability challenges and needs of the customers
• build and nurture relationships with customers and external partners, understanding their needs and providing tailor‑made support to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
• work closely with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, sales, application engineering and product development, to align business strategies and achieve collective goals
• support sales by providing guidance and tactics for targeting specific applications and customers
