Job Description

What you can expect

• Drive the global development and execution of the Life Sciences & Healthcare (LSH) vertical strategy, transforming it into a scalable growth platform.
• Foster collaboration across Business Units, including Air & Ocean, Road Freight, Warehousing Solutions and Contract Logistics, to enable integrated customer solutions.
• Lead strategic growth initiatives such as GDP network expansion, Competence Centers, service portfolio development and partner network optimization.
• Support commercial excellence through RFQ governance, opportunity management, sales enablement and the development of compelling value propositions.
• Strengthen compliance and quality standards by coordinating GDP/GxP governance, certification initiatives, audit support and CAPA oversight.
• Establish transparent governance structures by monitoring KPIs, preparing executive reviews and facilitating steering committees with global stakeholders.

What you bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
• Several years of experience in Life Sciences & Healthcare logistics with a strong background in business development and strategic project management.
• Sound knowledge of GDP/GxP regulations, quality management systems and compliance requirements within regulated supply chains.
• Proven ability to work successfully in complex, international matrix organizations and to align cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate strategy into operational execution.
• Fluent in English and German.
