Job Description

• Identifying new market opportunities and business areas, as well as developing and implementing appropriate strategies for sustainable business development
• Acquiring new clients in the Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) sector and expanding and maintaining global networks with customers, partners, manufacturers, and regulatory authorities
• Analyzing customer requirements and designing tailored solution concepts
• Coordinating and preparing complex proposals and integrating successfully acquired projects into operational units
• Preparing regular reports, analyzing key performance indicators, and deriving appropriate actions to achieve objectives
• Direct report to management

Job Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in Business Development, Sales, or Project Management, preferably within a technical (aviation-related) work environment
• A strong entrepreneurial mindset and approach, with a high level of customer focus, as well as strong negotiation skills and a confident demeanor
• Excellent communication skills, both in German and English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications as well as CRM systems
