Company Overview

Our client is a modern, rapidly growing provider in digital banking in Germany and is currently building a new team in the Investments / In App Brokerage area. The goal is to integrate a brokerage offering directly into a banking app and make trading in securities simple, safe and digitally accessible for customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and further the business model (e.g., account types, product/asset universe, pricing models)
• Create and strengthen business‑case scenarios (Senior: responsible for the business case)
• Market and competitive analysis and identify trends and opportunities
• Derive requirements from legal/regulatory requirements and support the product team in implementation
• Build reporting, dashboards and management updates
• Build and manage partnerships with external providers (e.g., fund providers, IT/data providers)
• Senior: support contract negotiations, partner onboarding and management of existing partnerships
• Senior: coach junior employees and interns/working students

Qualifications

• Completed degree (Bachelor or Master)
• At least 2 years relevant experience in a comparable field (e.g., fintech, banking, asset management, strategy consulting)
• Initial practical experience in a digital company (ideally fintech), banking (C & M), asset management or consulting (e.g., internships/working student roles)
• Strong interest in capital markets, digital financial products and Neobroker/Neobank trends
• Excellent analytical skills, numeric affinity, structured work style and initiative
• Confident presence and good communication with stakeholders
• Experience working with external partners/service providers (e.g., steering/onboarding)
• Preferably experience in contract negotiations and/or regulatory issues
• Strong hands‑on mentality, ownership and ability to drive topics independently

Languages

German – business fluent, English – very good working level.
