Business Development & Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

In this role you will support key stakeholders to translate client and market opportunities into actionable BD and marketing initiatives within a global law firm. You will collaborate with partners, lawyers and Business Development teams to drive growth and align activities with the firm’s strategy. You’ll influence pitches, market research, and thought leadership, while managing quality and ROI across programs. • Support BD and marketing plan implementation aligned with firm strategy
• Track progress and ROI of BD activities
• Conduct regional product and market research to inform decisions
• Ensure output quality meets partner expectations
• Contribute to BD offerings and initiatives within product groups
• Identify market trends and opportunities for the product group globally
• Support client events, seminars, sponsorships, PR, and thought leadership material
• Assist in client and sector programs and competitor/market analysis
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver BD projects and align activity with teams

• Professional services BD experience, preferably in a law firm
• Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline
• Strong interest in and understanding of relevant products
• Commercial awareness of legal market development
• Ability to build advisory relationships with partners
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and spoken English; German a strong asset
• Team player capable of working with lawyers of all seniority
