Business Development Representative – DACH, Italian Market

• Generate and qualify pipeline for the SME & Mid-Market Digital DACH team
• Master high-velocity outbound and learn the full sales motion
• Research named SME and Mid-Market accounts in DACH and decide when and how to engage
• Conduct high-velocity outbound conversations and discovery calls with decision-makers
• Monitor regulatory shifts, company news, and buying signals to create timely outreach
• Move opportunities to AE-accepted, qualified pipeline in HubSpot
• Maintain clean data and own forecasting accuracy for handed-off pipeline
• Build lightweight AI agents and workflows for research, enrichment, drafting, and signal monitoring
• Pilot, train, stress-test, and improve AI SDRs for inbound and outbound
• Share successful AI experiments, tools, and workflows with the team
• Execute outreach, meetings, and pipeline generation using supplied messaging and collateral
• Contribute to SME & Mid-Market Digital DACH revenue

Requirements

• Best fit is straight from a top university or with up to two years of working experience

• Able to articulate a business problem clearly and quickly
• Eager to learn the product and solutions

• Fluent in Italian, German and English
• Fluent with Claude and modern sales tools
• Able to build and vibe-code lightweight agents and workflows
• Full ownership mentality and accountability for targets, pipeline, and development
