We are looking for a proactive and motivated Business Development Specialist to strengthen relationships with our warehouse partners, identify growth opportunities and support the expansion of our shipping network in Germany.

Your Responsibilities

• Regularly visit and support our partner warehouses across Germany
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with warehouse partners
• Analyze shipping activities and identify opportunities to increase J&T Express shipping volumes
• Actively manage partnerships and develop business growth opportunities
• Collect partner feedback, coordinate solutions and ensure timely follow-up
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Customer Service and Network Management
• Monitor market developments and identify new business opportunities
• Support the continuous expansion of our partner network in Germany

Your Profile

• Fluent German and Chinese (Mandarin), both written and spoken, are mandatory
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within Germany are required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, independent and solution-oriented working style
• High level of responsibility, initiative and willingness to learn
• Strong customer orientation and relationship-building skills
• Good English skills are an advantage
• Initial experience in business development, sales, account management, logistics or e-commerce is a plus, but not required
