Location: Germany / remote

What You Will Be Doing

• Own regional market & customer intelligence (applications, trends, competitors).
• Translate divisional product strategy into focused regional Go‑To‑Market actions.
• Act as a strategic technical interface for key customers.
• Driving designs at the end customers.
• Identify and structure new business and demand creation opportunities.
• Be the Voice of the Customer, influencing product roadmaps.
• Ensure strong cross‑functional alignment across Sales, FAE, and Divisions.
• Support opportunity prioritization, pricing strategy, and disciplined execution.

What You Will Bring Along

• Background in Electronics / Physics or similar.
• Solid experience with Resistors and passive components.
• Exposure to automotive, industrial and aeronautics customers and distribution.
• Structured, proactive, customer‑oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills and hands‑on mentality.
• Willingness to travel mainly within Central Europe
• Fluent English and German (French would be a Bonus)
• Good knowledge of Salesforce, MS Office, Business Objects.
