html EPI Europrop International GmbH is responsible for the design, development, manufacturing, delivery and logistic support of the TP400-D6 engines for the A400M aircraft. Business Operations Coordinator (m/f/d) Location: Munich Scope: - Coordinate & manage the Additional Work (AW) budget. - Support the Product delivery and the Transversal Processes and Continuous Improvement departments by ensuring PMO activities and performance monitoring activities. - Support EPI transversal processes Accountabilities: AW Coordination Additional Work (AW) consists in activities performed by EPI Parent Companies for the benefit of EPI, without associated sales. For AW the prime accountabilities are: - Manage the Additional Work (AW) Budget process, including annual planning, forecasting, cost control and financial reporting. - Prepare and present the annual AW budget and quarterly budget performance reviews to the EPI Executive Committee and Parent Companies' Programme Directors. - Ensure all AW funding requests are processed in accordance with the established governance framework and receive the required approvals from all stakeholders. - Monitor budget performance through regular reporting, KPI tracking and forecasting, providing accurate financial visibility to management and key stakeholders. - Develop and continuously improve the AW budget management process by enhancing governance, standardisation and integration into the Quality Management System (QMS). - Plan and coordinate the annual AW budget, ensuring the timely consolidation and validation of budget requirements. - Lead the Additional Work Working Group, driving cross-functional collaboration PMO activities and performance monitoring PMO activities deals with the governance and coordination of Production activities while contributing to the effective execution of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. The prime accountabilities are: - Coordinate Production activities, ensuring actions, milestones and deliverables are monitored and followed up. - Maintain Production action logs, dashboards and performance indicators. - Prepare Production status reports and management presentations. - Consolidate Production performance information and provide visibility on risks, constraints and recovery actions. - Support the preparation and organisation of Production governance meetings, including agendas, minutes and action tracking. - Act as deputy chairholder for the production management meeting. - Manage the Production Master Schedule for new-built engines. - Ensure timely communication and coordination between stakeholders participating in the Production planning process. Transversal activities: - Support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process through demand review preparation and serve as the deputy to the Head of TPCI. - Manage Aircraft Ground Equipment (AGE) by keeping the Internal Master File database and EPI ERP (SAP) up to date. - Contribute to the Continuous Improvement of TP&CI and Production departments. - Manage projects. Profile: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline; alternatively, a completed commercial apprenticeship with relevant professional experience in above mentioned areas. - 3–5 years of professional experience in Finance, Controlling, Project Management, PMO or Business Management. - Sound experience in budget planning, financial reporting, governance, or performance management is highly desirable. - Knowledge of risk management methodologies and continuous improvement principles is an advantage. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills within an international and multicultural environment. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; SAP experience is favorable. - Fluent in English and German (written and spoken); Spanish or French language skills are an advantage.
