Business Process Design & Workflow Automation Lead (all genders)

As a Marketing Operations design and automation specialist, you map and rebuild marketing workflows for speed, clarity, and scale. You lead process design engagements, implement Workfront-based solutions, and design automated integration flows to cut manual handoffs. You’ll facilitate cross-functional workshops and establish governance and best practices for sustainable success. This role joins Accenture Song’s Marketing Technology or Adobe Business Group, helping clients modernize operations and accelerate value.

• Lead marketing operations process design engagements (intake, briefing, approval, production, reporting)
• Configure Adobe Workfront to reflect designed processes (custom forms, routing, templates, portfolio structures)
• Design automation scenarios using Workfront Fusion and other integration tools
• Facilitate workshops with marketing, operations, and IT stakeholders
• Document process maps, decision logic, and configuration specs for long-term client self-sufficiency
• Define governance, user access, and scalable configuration best practices
• Support change management and training post-implementation

• Experience in marketing operations, workflow design, or process transformation
• Hands-on Adobe Workfront implementation exposure preferred
• Strong facilitation skills and ability to extract clear requirements from complex stakeholder environments
• Comfort with consulting engagements with structured deliverables and timelines
