Business Process Excellence & Execution - Working Student (f/m/d)

Tasks:

• Support the Business Process Excellence & Execution - Digitalization team in the analysis, execution, and continuous improvement of business processes and digital solutions  

• Assist in the analysis, documentation, and optimization of processes in collaboration with process owners and stakeholders from various departments  

• Support process and digitalization initiatives by contributing to the identification of automation and digital improvement opportunities  

• Independently contribute to process modeling and documentation, including the preparation of relevant materials and structured content  

• Support the maintenance and administration of digital and process management tools, including data quality assurance 

• Assist in project management activities within digitalization, optimization, and transformation projects 

• Prepare, organize, and document meetings, workshops, and presentations related to digitalization and process initiatives 

Qualifications:

• You are an enrolled student in a degree program with a business or technical focus 

• Ideally, you are available to work 20 hours per week; full-time availability during semester breaks is possible 

• You have a strong interest in digitalization and process optimization in a business environment 

• Ideally, you have initial practical experience (e.g. internships, student jobs, university projects) in digitalization, process management, data analysis, or project management 

• You demonstrate a structured, analytical, and solution‑oriented mindset and enjoy working on complex topics  

• You are communicative, reliable, and a team player, with the ability to collaborate across functions 

• You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams); experience with digital platforms, automation tools, or process management tools is a plus 

• You possess excellent English and good German language skills
