Business Process Expert R2R General Accounting & Reporting (all genders)

In this role you will optimize General Ledger processes and drive automation to improve financial governance. You will develop global instructions, train SMEs, and support audits, while ensuring IFRS-compliant controls. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable smooth ERP implementations and manage changes. This position is a two-year assignment offering exposure to transformation programs and process excellence.

• Design and govern financial processes within General Ledger
• Lead automation initiatives and define automation rules
• Develop and maintain global work instructions and procedures
• Train subject matter experts and support knowledge transfer
• Support internal and external audits with auditors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration and changes
• Assist technical teams during configuration and implementation
• Provide ad-hoc support to BPO and Team Lead on projects and tasks
• Monitor KPI reviews and ensure governance across the organization

• 5+ years in accounting or finance roles
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience with process improvement and R2R/GL automation
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC
• Understanding of FI, CO, AA, GL, AR, AP processes
• Participation in large-scale transformation projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; data visualization and reporting tools
• PMO exposure or project governance experience (plus)
