We are currently looking for a Business Process Manager (d/f/m) to join our "Master Data Governance" team in Hamburg (City Nord).

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM

• You will act as a Process Owner Delegate (POD) for Master Data Governance (MDG) processes within Satair's Company Management System (CMS).
• You will design, document, and maintain the Master Data Governance Framework, establishing clear data standards, policies, and structures.
• You will integrate business requirements into governance processes while ensuring full compliance with internal and external standards.
• You will monitor process performance and validate IT Change Requests to drive efficiency, identify improvements, and safeguard system integrity.
• You will lead MDG work packages and coordinate Master Data Management (MDM) contributions for strategic transformation projects (e.g., Material Master Improvement Program (MMIP), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) MDM & MDG).
• You will serve as Scrum Master for the Master Data team, facilitating all Scrum events to ensure efficient project delivery.
• You will represent Master Data Governance in global projects, acting as a consultant for stakeholders and orchestrating the specialist community to share best practices.

ABOUT YOU

Equipped with professional experience as a Business Process Manager or in a comparable role, you bring the following skills and expertise to our team:

• You hold a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, IT, or a related field, and bring several years of professional experience.
• You have solid experience in master data governance and business process management, combined with professional negotiation skills in English.
• You are proficient in modeling tools like Symbio or SAP Signavio to analyze, design, and document complex data processes.
• You hold a Scrum Master certification (or equivalent experience) and thrive on guiding agile teams through meetings and daily delivery.
• You master the technical translation of business requirements into precise IT specifications, confidently utilizing SAP and Google Workspace.
• You excel at stakeholder management, easily building strong relationships and acting as a trusted consultant across diverse, international functions.
