Business Product Lead (Fully Remote)

• Lead the development, optimisation and continuous improvement of key business and clinical systems, including SystmOne.
• Act as the subject matter expert, providing guidance on system capabilities, enhancements and best practice.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective system solutions.

Key Requirements:

• Experience working with and developing business-critical IT systems, particularly SystmOne.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
