In this role, you contribute to reliable material availability and cost efficiency by managing procurement operations and supplier coordination. You will work in a dynamic, international GOPS environment, planning machine components and spare parts in SAP, while driving inventory optimization and project support. • Planning and procurement of machine components and spare parts in SAP
• Ensuring timely and cost-optimized material availability
• Coordinating delivery schedules through regular online meetings with suppliers
• Resolving supply shortages in collaboration with strategic buyers
• Contributing to the implementation of inventory optimization measures
• Maintaining material and master data in SAP
• Supporting national and international projects

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further qualification as a purchasing specialist
• At least 2 years of professional experience in (operational) procurement
• Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
• Solid user knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel
• Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and a precise working style
• Intercultural experience is an advantage
