Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Own the full lifecycle of data center construction projects, delivering on schedule, within budget, and with uncompromising quality and safety
Lead cross‑functional, internal and external project teams, including consultants, contractors, and key business stakeholders
Drive the advancement and adoption of standardized best practices and digital reporting frameworks to enhance construction transparency and efficiency
Partner with cross‑functional teams and clients to ensure projects consistently exceed expectations while aligning with strategic business objectives
Anticipate project challenges by proactively managing risks and applying innovative solutions to maintain momentum
Oversee financial management including budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and contract negotiations to support business growth
Foster a safety‑first culture that upholds rigorous governance and compliance with all relevant construction standards and regulations
Inspire and develop high‑performing teams by modeling collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning behaviors
Leverage market insights and emerging trends to guide strategic decisions and promote a culture of innovation across construction operations

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, supported by extensive leadership experience in data center or infrastructure construction
Demonstrated success managing complex construction projects with significant budgetary and operational responsibility
Proven experience leading internal teams and external partners/vendors in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments
Deep knowledge of construction methods, industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and data center infrastructure systems
Exceptional leadership and influencing skills with the ability to build strong cross‑functional partnerships
Strategic mindset combined with pragmatic, decisive problem‑solving capabilities
Advanced proficiency in project management systems and digital construction tools
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in English and German (mandatory)
