Category Manager Packaging EMEA / Corp. Category Expert (m/w/d)

We are seeking an experienced Category Manager Packaging EMEA to lead our regional packaging strategy across multiple product lines.

• Define, lead and drive the category Packaging to ensure success of the category in alignment with business and sustainability goals
• Own regional category roadmaps covering cost, supply security, innovation, risk, and sustainability levers
• Drive the category team in the region to achieve required performance and focus on the effective application of the Sika sourcing methodology
• Regional supplier management (internal RFI, negotiations, awarding, contracting and volumes allocations) and cross regions coordination when relevant
• Screening of alternative suppliers / raw materials & onboarding in alignment with Sika processes
• Drive Sika sustainability targets with suppliers
• Define and communicate budget & targets to region / areas
• Create and track strategic Procurement targets by measuring KPI`s
• Identify and facilitate saving projects, ensures supply of materials for all facilities served by the category
