Central Order Processing Clerk (m/f/d)

Due to our continuous, dynamic growth, we are looking for a Central Order Processing Clerk (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.

• Creating and processing orders and order confirmations, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment
• Preparation and review of invoices, credit memos, and purchase orders in accordance with the relevant business guidelines
• Management and maintenance of customer portals, as well as the reliable and timely provision of information and documents
• Communication and coordination with our logistics partners to coordinate deliveries and ensure smooth operations
• Close collaboration with the sales departments and the accounting department
• Coordination with Production Planning, Scheduling, and Logistics

Your profile

• Successful completion of a business apprenticeship or equivalent knowledge
• Experience in sales or central order processing, ideally in metal fabrication
• Strong service mentality as well as strong communication and contact skills in German and English
• Experience in working with MS Office, CRM systems and merchandise management programs, ideally proALPHA
• Structured, process-oriented way of working
