Your Prospective Job:

For our renowned customer Airbus Operations you are acting as Customer Order Manager (m/f/d) in the Repair, Lease & Exchange Order Management Team in Hamburg / Finkenwerder.

Your Responsibilities:

• Act as the central point of contact for the repair of Airbus Proprietary Parts Repair, Lease and Exchange Services as well as for questions of Satair's worldwide customers and the respectiverepair stations
• Manage customers' Repair, Lease and Exchange Orders & Conversion
• Monitor the conformance of suppliers and repair stations with contractually agreed obligations based on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Act as the direct contact for customers regarding process status, commercial issues and AOG (Aircraft On Ground), inquiries and orders
• Analyze customer-specific problems and complaints
• Coordinate the delivery solutions with Airbus & Satair internal departments and external interfaces, taking into account the supply chain end-to-end process
• Ensure daily communication with the repair stations
• Guarantee the performance targets of the open orders in terms of time, costs & quality
• Provide customers with information regarding the status of the component repairs and alternative service solutions
• Monitor closely the supply chain upstream and downstream concurrently as an end-to-end process
• Support purchase and sales processing and material management of Airbus proprietary parts
• Prepare performance reports when required
• Lead and support projects for improvements and future way of working
• Forecast and support of the timely transfer of piece parts for individual repair stations

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in Disposition / Material Procurement, Customer Service, Supplier Management and Process Improvement
• Experience in Project Management
• Good skills in MS-Office, SAP and Google Workspace
• Fluent English skills spoken and written
• French, German and Spanish skills would be an advantage
