Chief Financial Officer, Managing Director, Finance

As CFO, play a decisive role in shaping einhundert’s next phase of growth in 2027
Establish einhundert as the leading platform for decarbonizing the housing sector
Develop and implement precise, margin-based growth management
Ensure real-time KPI transparency across the entire P&L and process chain
Expand access to debt financing from approximately €100 million to more than €500 million and attract strong lending partners
Optimize working capital, cash management, and refinancing processes to enable annual CAPEX of €100 million or more
Act as a close sparring partner to the CEO and work directly with Arcus Infrastructure Partners to continuously increase equity value
Contribute to company-wide processes and projects to foster operational excellence

Requirements

Experience with asset-intensive business models, ideally in renewable energy or other regulated infrastructure sectors
Understanding of electricity markets and the technical and commercial fundamentals of PV, battery storage, and heat pumps
Strong interpersonal skills
Experience and willingness to take on leadership responsibility in fast-growing, dynamic companies
Identification with a respectful and appreciative leadership style
Strategic mindset and strong analytical thinking
Logical thinker with empathy for customers, investors, and the team
Strong motivation to apply financial expertise to the energy transition and the scaling of digital GreenTech business models
