Chief Marketing Officer

As Chief Marketing Officer, the client will define and implement a marketing strategy focused on significant customer acquisition and company growth. Responsibilities include leading end-to-end marketing efforts across customer acquisition (B2C), channel partnerships, brand marketing and communications, PR, and product marketing, as well as developing the resources, tools, and team capabilities needed to execute the strategy.

The Chief Marketing Officer will partner closely with business development and product teams, operations, and tech-engineering to ensure coherent strategy implementation. The role is expected to build and scale an enterprise marketing organization and lead the marketing team, drive awareness across global markets, generate volume demand, track lead funnel performance, and provide ongoing market and growth analysis.

Qualifications include several years of experience in the Web3/blockchain/crypto space and experience with token-based business models. The ideal candidate has senior leadership experience in a blockchain/web3 entity with a token business model, strong English communication skills, and demonstrates growth-oriented people leadership, analytical thinking with creative drive, and experience delivering meaningful results in a fast-paced environment. The role also calls for expertise in go-to-market and brand execution to drive customer acquisition in B2C and B2B growth phases, along with the ability to run ambitious experiments and operate effectively under pressure.
