Chief of Staff to the Chief Client Officer (CCO) (Fully Remote)

• As Chief of Staff to the CCO, you will drive large-scale initiatives across the Client Delivery organization.
• You will be a force multiplier for the CCO, blending strategic thinking, operational rigor, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner directly with the CCO to manage and drive core strategic initiatives hands-on while shaping broader strategy.
• Lead the PMO by balancing in-the-weeds impact with managing a portfolio, driving initiatives to measurable outcomes.
• Own community management and growth, building a playbook to drive engagement and scaling the active community.

Who You Are:

• You have 6-7+ years of experience including top-tier management consulting or an operating role driving strategic impact.
• You are a strategic operator who balances strategy, operations, and hands-on impact, and you are AI-fluent.
• You are a data-driven decision maker and strong communicator across all seniorities, fostering a collaborative environment.
