The culture is values‑led, with a strong emphasis on safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement. What You'll Be Doing

Executive oversight of manufacturing, fabrication, supply chain, quality, and maintenance functions across WA and QLD sites Lead operational strategy and future‑state capability planning — process mapping, systems improvement, workflow integration Drive performance, productivity, and operational consistency across the full business Lead and develop a senior team of operational managers (Production, Supply Chain, Fabrication, Quality) Partner with the CEO and CFO on transformation, growth initiatives, and investment decisions Champion safety, risk management, and operational wellbeing across all sites

What We’re Looking For

Executive‑level experience leading multi‑site manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial operations Proven track record of operational transformation and large‑scale process improvement Strong people leadership — you build capable teams and hold managers to account Experience in organisations with $50M+ turnover Relevant tertiary qualifications (Engineering, Business, Operations Management or similar) Willingness to relocate to Perth, Western Australia
