Ophardt Hygiene is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join the organization as the COO. Your tasks:

Lead and oversee all global operational functions, including manufacturing, supply chain, quality control, and logistics. Develop and execute strategies to enhance operational efficiency, cost‑effectiveness, and scalability. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce lead times. Shape the company's future while maintaining a strong commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability. Collaborate with senior leadership to drive global expansion initiatives, including market entry strategies, partnerships, and acquisitions. Assess and identify growth opportunities in new and existing markets to increase market share and revenue. Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements, especially in healthcare and hygiene sectors. Enhance supply chain resilience and responsiveness, managing sourcing, procurement, and vendor relationships. Drive innovation in product development and manufacturing processes to maintain a competitive edge. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to guide product development efforts. Spearhead sustainability efforts, promoting environmentally responsible practices throughout the company's operations. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a global team of operations professionals. Collaborate with the CFO to manage budgets, optimize costs, and achieve financial targets. Reporting directly to the CEO

Your profile:

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Proven track record of successful leadership in global operations within the manufacturing or healthcare industry, e.g. current position as plant manager. High willingness to travel internationally and flexibility within a global business environment Sharing and living the values of a family business. Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken Strong understanding of hygiene and infection prevention products and markets is highly desirable. Experience with the legal, regulatory and business requirements of our industry sector. Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive results in a matrixed organization. Strategic thinker with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence. Strong financial understanding of cost structures and key business figures Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Ideal location Philippines but open to Germany or Ireland
