Circular Economy Consultant – Site and Logistics Development

• Development and further expansion of the warehousing and logistics concept for the "Urban Mining Hub".
• First point of contact on site and coordination, management, and administration of activities in the hub.
• Building and expanding a network with tradespeople, clients/property owners, demolition companies, and architectural firms.
• Representing the Urban Mining Hub to regional stakeholders and associations.
• Participation in funded interface projects in the Aachen/North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) region.

Requirements

• Degree in structural/building engineering or architecture, or a completed construction-technical vocational qualification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of relevant local and regional stakeholders.
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
