Responsibilities

• Lead safe, efficient operations of the Citation Latitude across worldwide routes in accordance with EASA regulations and company SOPs.
• Exercise sound command decision‑making, strong CRM, and clear communication with crew, passengers, and operations.
• Oversee flight planning, performance, fuel, weather, NOTAMs, and risk assessment to deliver smooth, on‑time departures.
• Uphold a polished, service‑oriented presence that reflects a premium business aviation experience.

Required Qualifications

• License Required: ATPL
• Accepted Licenses: EASA
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP level: 4
• Type rating: Required (Citation Latitude)
• Multi‑engine: 3000 hours (total)
• Multi‑engine PIC: 1000 hours
• Language requirements: English and German

Additional Requirements

• Current/valid Citation Latitude type rating and recent time on type.
• Postholder experience under EASA (advantage).
• Calm under pressure, collaborative, and solutions‑focused with excellent situational awareness.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Flexible, team‑oriented, resilient under pressure.
• Valid EU or CH passport without restrictions for worldwide operation.
• Category B driving license.
