Claims Supervisor – Product Liability & Mass Claims (Fully Remote)

• Supervise, coach, mentor, and develop a team of 5–8 adjusters handling product liability claims.
• Monitor claim quality, productivity, customer service, timeliness, and operational performance.
• Provide technical guidance related to liability investigations, damages evaluation, settlement strategy, and claim resolution.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of casualty, liability, product liability, or mass tort claims experience.
• Previous supervisory, leadership, coaching, or claims management experience.
• Strong knowledge of liability investigations, claim evaluation, damages assessment, and negotiation strategies.
