Client Success Manager – Prescription Benefit Management

Work strategically with client success management, clinical, and data analytics teams to support client satisfaction and service delivery
Act as the client contact by telephone and email to resolve ongoing questions and issues
Collaborate with account management, clinical, member care, business analyst, data analytics, and business development teams
Assist with execution of the client communication plan
Coordinate client review meetings, including document preparation and reporting
Coordinate and participate in implementation calls, open enrollment events, vendor/benefit fairs, and other client meetings
Work with the Client Success Executive on claims-data reporting and analysis to identify drug trends, financial performance, and cost-saving opportunities
Use CRM and proprietary claims-adjudication software
Adjust plan parameters as directed by the client or broker
Provide reporting to clients, brokers, and TPAs
Apply expert knowledge of TrueScripts proprietary programs
Log, print, and mail ID cards when required
Ensure accurate and complete CRM data input for new client enrollment
Prepare client support documents
Execute onboarding involving the client, broker, TPA, and data vendor
Participate in introductory and enrollment meetings with employees
Perform other duties assigned by the Client Success Executive

Requirements

Applicants should reside in the Western half of the United States
College degree or applicable experience preferred
Capable of interfacing with TrueScripts clients to provide solutions to problems
Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office Products
Collaborative team player mindset with strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and have good organizational skills
Capacity to multitask and adjust priorities based on business needs
Ability to communicate and work under stress effectively while always maintaining confidentiality
Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
Adaptable and able to take on different responsibilities periodically
Willingness to learn business processes specific to the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) industry
Must possess a valid and current driver’s license
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time if needed
Client-facing presentation experience preferred
