Clinical Quality Manager (Fully Remote)

• This role supports clinical quality monitoring and the Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation Program for our NP and MD/DO network.
• You will work cross-functionally with Operations, Compliance, Product, and Engineering teams.
• You’ll build robust clinical quality frameworks and optimize chart review workflows.

You Will:

• Support Professional Practice Evaluation programs to directly improve clinical outcomes.
• Conduct routine chart reviews, provide feedback, and create remediation plans.
• Collaborate with Operations to develop automated quality monitoring systems.

• You are a licensed psychiatrist or PMHNP with 2+ years post‑graduate experience in clinical practice and business.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base pay range $144,400 - $225,000, plus equity eligibility.
