Clinical Research Associate (Germany)

As a CRA at Allucent, you monitor investigational sites, ensure trial integrity and patient safety, and drive compliant study execution. You will own site relationships and serve as the bridge between sponsor and site within a collaborative team. You’ll engage in regulatory affairs and study-startup activities to enable smooth activation. This role offers opportunities to lead monitoring across phases and travel in Germany, contributing to advancing new therapies.

• Independently manage monitoring for assigned trials across all phases (site initiation, routine monitoring, close-out)
• Ensure adherence to protocols, GCP, ICH, SOPs, and applicable regulations
• Build and maintain strong site relationships and ensure high-quality data collection
• Identify and resolve site issues, escalate to preserve trial integrity and patient safety
• Contribute to regulatory affairs, site activation, and study-startup activities
• Coordinate and travel as required for site monitoring across Germany

• 5+ years’ experience leading monitoring in complex trials
• Experience in oncology or rare diseases preferred
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidelines
• Fluent in English and German; clear and confident communicator
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Willingness to travel (8 days of service per month)
