Job Overview

Salesforce, the leading AI CRM, seeks a Cloud Account Executive for its Platform & Security team. The role blends customer interaction with product expertise in AI, no‑code platforms, and security solutions, particularly for the German‑speaking (DACH) market.

Role Description

As a Cloud Account Executive you sit at the intersection of Innovation and Protection. Your mission is twofold:

• Empower Action: Drive adoption of Agentforce, enabling customers to build sophisticated AI agents through a seamless, low‑code interface.
• Ensure Resilience: Sell the Security & Governance portfolio (Salesforce Shield, Event Monitoring, Data Mask, Backup & Restore) to safeguard agents in a secure, compliant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Showcase how Agentforce automates complex business processes using no‑code tools, making AI accessible to every business user across the DACH market.
• Position Salesforce Shield and Event Monitoring as essential protection, ensuring data privacy and threat detection are native to the build.
• Promote the speed and ease of our low‑code/no‑code platform, enabling customers to iterate at the speed of thought while maintaining enterprise‑grade resilience.
• Partner with Account Owners to drive revenue by identifying “Agentic” use cases that require high levels of data protection and compliance.
• Engage with CIOs/CISOs on security and resilience, and with COOs/CEOs on ROI through agentic automation.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience in SaaS sales, specifically in Platform‑as‑a‑Service (PaaS), Cybersecurity, or AI.
• Strong interest in the No‑Code/Low‑Code ecosystem with the ability to translate complex technical architectures into clear business value.
• Solid understanding of data protection regulations (GDPR, etc.) and why resilience — including Backup & Restore — is the backbone of any modern IT strategy.
• Experience with the German regulatory landscape is a strong plus.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Proven ability to present a compelling vision where AI agents and Cybersecurity coexist to drive business transformation.

Preferred Requirements

• Passion for the “Vibecoding” trend and understanding how generative AI is shifting the development paradigm.
• Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly Agentforce, Shield, and the Data Cloud foundation.
• DACH Market Knowledge — a deep understanding of the enterprise technology landscape and compliance expectations in German‑speaking markets.
