CNC Machine Operator (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC machining centres, including the associated automation systems, working independently.
• Carry out maintenance work and minor repairs reliably, thereby ensuring the systems remain operational.
• Be responsible for the quality of the manufactured parts.

Qualifications

• Completed an apprenticeship in a metalworking trade, e.g., as machine and plant operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), CNC specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
• Demonstrated good CNC experience in long‑turning operations on micro‑parts with diameters ranging from 2 to 8mm.
• Meet tolerances up to 0.1mm and have experience measuring small parts in accordance with an SPC inspection plan.
• Programming skills, e.g., with Fanuc TB‑Deco, Fanuc or similar control systems are an advantage.
• Basic PC skills in Word and Excel.
• Good command of spoken German and valid work permits.
• Willing to work a two‑shift system and suitable flexibility.
• Independent and flexible approach to work is a strength.
• Strong sense of quality and responsibility ensures results of the highest standard.

Hourly wage €18.00 – €20.00.
