Co-Team Lead, Senior Developer

Job Responsibilities

• You will work on our Teambox product in close collaboration with Design, Product, Operations, and Customer Success.
• You are ~70% hands‑on with code and support our Team Lead in guiding the team of six developers and executing the product roadmap.
• You think about features holistically, translate requirements into manageable tasks, and plan sprints.
• You ensure clean implementation, testing, and deployment while considering usability, performance, stability, and security.
• You support the Lead in the technical leadership of the team and foster collaboration.
• Together with the Lead, you translate the product roadmap into actionable sprints.
• You contribute technical ideas, assist with code reviews, and validate architectural decisions.
• You implement in product‑critical areas and ensure clean interfaces and robust solutions.
• You are responsible for stable and secure releases and improve processes around build, test, and deployment.
• You keep performance and stability in focus, analyze incidents/errors, and derive sustainable improvements.

Requirements

• Ideally some experience in technically supporting or co‑leading development teams.
• Ideally experience deliberately using AI from the outset as a driver in the development process.
• Experience with agile development, e.g., Scrum or pragmatically adapted agile processes.
• Ideally you have worked on an established market SaaS product.
• Solid programming experience, ideally with PHP, TypeScript (React), and MariaDB.
• Experienced in automated testing as well as Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
• Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Basic knowledge of working with Linux servers and container‑based setups.
• You enjoy continuous learning and thoughtfully experimenting with new technologies.
• You take pleasure in delivering results and receiving positive user feedback.
• Very good German and English, both written and spoken.
