Responsibilities

Technical lead for small and large customer projects
Serve as a role model in the team as a senior software developer
Responsibility for tasks and backlog items
Actively contribute to the further development of architecture standards (API design, CI/CD pipelines, security best practices)
Open to market developments in the software development domain

Requirements

Several years of experience in software development, ideally in the medical technology sector
Proficiency in the C++ programming language
Knowledge of principles of modern software architecture
Experienced with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and related tools (DevOps)
Experience in project management and leading project teams
Very good German language skills (minimum C1 level)
Very good English language skills
Independent, self-motivated working style
