Senior Software Engineer, Project Lead – Embedded, Robotics

Responsibilities

• You lead small and large customer projects from the technical side
• Hands‑on senior software engineer and role model within the team
• Responsible for tasks and backlog items
• Work in a structured, quality-oriented way
• Actively contribute to the further development of our architecture standards
• Open to market developments (e.g., AI) relevant to the software development environment

Requirements

• Several years of experience in software development – ideally in the medical technology sector
• Proficiency in C++ and the principles of modern software architecture
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (DevOps)
• Experience in project leadership and leading project teams
• Very good German skills (at least C1 level)
• Very good English skills
• Nice to have: experience with tools/software such as Copilot(s), Azure, Polarion, QNX, Linux, FreeRTOS, Visual Studio Code
