We are looking for a Commercial AI Specialist (m/f/d) to join our Commercial Enablement team in Bremen or Ettlingen. This position is offered on a fixed-term basis for 2 years.

You will drive the adoption, activation, and operational integration of AI across Sales, Service, and Marketing by translating AI capabilities into structured, scalable, and measurable commercial workflows.

The role focuses on embedding AI into core commercial processes, including sales enablement, service operations, marketing execution, and commercial decision‑making. Its purpose is to increase productivity, shorten cycle times, improve the quality and consistency of work, and create additional capacity across commercial functions.

This is a business-facing AI enablement role. You will work at the intersection of commercial processes, AI technology, change management, and value realization. The role does not focus on developing machine‑learning models, but on designing, implementing, and scaling practical AI‑enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Translate AI capabilities into commercial processes, including process analysis, AI opportunity identification, workflow redesign, and implementation frameworks.
  • Analyze existing Sales, Service, and Marketing workflows to identify bottlenecks, repetitive activities, decision‑support needs, and opportunities for automation or augmentation.
  • Design and support the implementation of AI‑enabled workflows using the Microsoft AI ecosystem, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and related enterprise AI capabilities where applicable.
  • Track AI adoption and value realization by measuring usage, productivity impact, time saved, capacity created, process‑cycle improvements, quality gains, and contribution to commercial outcomes.
  • Manage a structured AI demand‑intake and prioritization funnel, converting business needs into clearly defined, scalable, secure, and measurable use cases.
  • Deliver AI training and role‑based workshops to enable practical adoption across commercial functions.
  • Define standard usage patterns, including prompting, context design, Copilot interaction, workflow integration, and responsible use.
  • Establish communication and exchange platforms to share information, promote best practices, capture feedback, and build an active community of AI users and champions.
  • Monitor developments within the Microsoft AI stack, including the Copilot ecosystem, and collaborate with IT to ensure aligned, secure, compliant, and scalable implementation.
  • Support the transition of successful pilots into standardized operational solutions with clear ownership, documentation, governance, and support models.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Technology, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of professional experience in digital transformation, AI enablement, or process optimization.
  • Advanced knowledge of AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GenAI platforms).

  • Language Skills: English C1 and German B2
  • Strong expertise in process analysis and workflow design.

  • High level of data literacy and ability to translate business needs into practical use cases.

  • Experience in change management and delivering training initiatives.

  • Excellent communication skills and strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership.

  • Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.

  • Creativity and openness to innovation and adaptability in dynamic environments.

  • Occasional domestic and international travel required.
