As an integral member of the matrix/cross‑functional leadership team, the Commercial Business Partner Oncology (m/f/d) contributes to Business Unit (BU) performance by integrating and interpreting commercial, market, and customer data to generate clear, actionable insights and performance narratives that drive execution, accelerate launches and support sustainable growth and competitiveness. Acting as a strategic thought partner to BU leadership, the role identifies key performance drivers, translates complexity into transparency and supports fact‑based prioritization and decision‑making.
Germany Salary Range / Gehaltsbandbreiten Deutschland: EUR 83,250 to EUR 138,750. The annual gross base salary range for new hires in this position is listed above for each applicable location. These ranges take into account a number of factors including the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. In addition, this position may offer an annual bonus and eligibility to participate in our share‑based long‑term incentive programme which is dependent on the level of the role.
