Job Overview

The Commercial Product Manager EMEA (m/f/d) will be responsible for the Industrial Communications portfolio across the EMEA region, driving product strategy, commercialization, and go-to-market execution for a broad range of industrial connectivity solutions.

Job Requirements

Own and manage the regional EMEA product strategy for the Industrial Communication Portfolio
Drive go-to-market strategies and commercial product management activities to accelerate market adoption and revenue growth across EMEA
Collaborate across multiple business subverticals to align portfolio and market strategies
Contribute to end‑to‑end lifecycle management: portfolio assessments, cost‑down initiatives, and product rationalization
Lead product positioning, value proposition development, pricing strategies, and commercialization plans
Manage and develop relationships with a broad ecosystem of customers, distributors, and channel partners across both direct and indirect sales channels

What Your Background Should Look Like

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced studies a plus
7-10 years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, Strategy, or related functional areas
Exposure to industrial, electromechanical, connectivity, or interconnect markets is beneficial
Proven track record of leading product launches from concept through commercialization
Demonstrated success in bringing new products to market with measurable business impact
Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle, including portfolio management, roadmapping, and product development
Ability to translate customer needs and market requirements into successful product strategies
Ability to collaborate and influence across global, cross‑functional teams
Fluency in English and German is required
