Commercial Sales Manager

Actively coach, train, and develop a team of Account Executives to exceed their quotas
Run weekly 1:1s with each direct report to help them overcome roadblocks and chart their long-term career growth
Drive a solution-selling and value-selling culture
Monitor team KPIs and proactively identify actions team members can take to improve each month
Analyze team performance data to suggest scalable improvements to core sales processes and sales training
Ensure Account Executives accurately and regularly forecast and update their pipeline and document activities in the CRM

Requirements

3+ years of experience managing a team of Account Executives in a B2B SaaS environment
5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales position in a B2B SaaS environment
Demonstrated experience driving outbound pipeline generation
In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques
Record of overachievement and forecast accuracy against individual and team quotas
Strong empathy for peers, direct reports, and customers
Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate behavior change
Adaptable and open to changing processes when it’s right for your team, your organization, and the customers you serve
Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and willingness to research accounts and develop a hypothesis about how the solution will likely create value for the prospect
Must be located in the United States in Pacific, Mountain, or Central timezone
